Ulsan Taehwa-Ho

‘ULSAN TAEHWA’ contains the will and desire for great harmony among the citizens of Ulsan. It is a 2,696-ton ship signed with Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in June 2020 for design and construction and acquired in November 2022, and is Korea's first direct current-based hybrid electric propulsion ship. To ensure the safe operation of ships, various smart solutions such as video-based safety support systems, berthing/berthing status monitoring, and remote diagnosis systems have been integrated and applied. It is currently being used to demonstrate ship equipment, train professional personnel, and hold various events.
